Purpose
- To promote a national approach to support workers working within Physiotherapy rehabilitation teams across Scotland, which will provide structure for the knowledge and skills that are required.
- To enable individuals and their managers to explore knowledge and skills required to support them to benchmark their knowledge and skills and prepare for career progression within services.
- To enable organisations developing their services to use the framework to help define the knowledge and skills required for current and future services in Scotland and consideration of service models in other areas that may be transferable to their own service.
Audience
Senior Support Workers and Assistant Practitioners across health and social care. Managers and educators.
